To the people who believe that girls are incapable to get education, I want to ask a question to which I had no answer when a small girl asked me,” what is fault that I am kept at home where as my brother is sent to school ?
We do so many high level discussion about the rate of development in india. But mere talks and discussion are futile. The real scenario is such that girls are born to look after the family and die performing the house chores. Its worth appreciation that girls have that capability to take the responsibility of the entire family but what about her own dreams. What about her own personal goals and aspirations.
Girls have proved themselves in every field ranging from politics, sports , education etc. There will be no end to names of these great women like Rani Lakshmi Bai,Indira Gandhi , Kalpana Chawla,Mary kom etc. Then Why , Such a poor condition of women is prevailing in india today? Why they have to dependent on men and why is their a discrimination between a boy and girl in giving education also?
The sky is the limit to a girls imagination. So why are we people caging it to the four walls of a house. Let her fly high in the sky and for the people of the society who think girls are in capable to be given education , I just want to ask one question “what is her fault?”
